Email us
We are a small team, so please allow a few working days for a reply. We don’t offer phone support.
What we can help with
- Corrections. A fee has changed, a rule has moved on, or a link is broken. Send the page address and the source showing the up-to-date information, and we’ll check it and fix the page.
- Tips. A new NZ platform, a closure, or a scam pattern you think other Kiwis should know about.
- Questions about our content. If something on a page is unclear, tell us. It probably means the page needs rewriting.
What we can’t help with
- Account problems at any exchange or app. We don’t run any trading platform and have no access to anyone’s account. Contact the provider through its official website or app. If you’re unsure which address is genuine, our security checklist explains how to find it safely.
- Personal financial, legal or tax advice. We publish general information only. For tax, talk to IRD or an accountant.
- Recovering lost or stolen crypto. We can’t trace or retrieve funds, and nobody legitimate can promise to. Anyone who contacts you offering crypto “recovery” for an upfront fee is very likely running a second scam.
